Called saying they were some power company and that I was in charge of an account for the "electric bill". From a state that I dont live in, in a county I have never been to.

Called twice within a week. I was unable to answer the call the first time and the caller didn't leave a voicemail message. When I answered the second call, there was total silence on the other side. Looks like a scammer.
