This company called and transferred to a lady that was rude from the start of the conversation. She spoke way too fast and once I started to speak to explain what I understood and about a previous conversation she said I had a lot to say and since I did not want to listen she would let me go. She hung up on me 5 times, never allowing me to speak to the issue and said I deserve to go to court. I called back multiple times hoping to get a supervisor and the name of the lady but none of the other reps were helpful.
