Bogus call. Left a voice mail with a call back number. I verified with my health insurer that they did not contact me but the caller did identify the drug plan I'm a member of.

Will add to that last comment that the Service Representative was not exactly sure what she was calling me about either which was comical and pathetic on her end for waking me up. Wellcare Training 101 might have helped her bail from her sinking ship.

Received call from overseas call center at 6am in the morning to discuss health insurance plan related issues. Illegal!!!! Hey Wellcare, wake the hell up and send your interoffice email out to inform your lame call center what the hours are by law to call your insured will you????????????? One word: Disgusting and reporting to FTC!!! "Telemarketers must disclose that it's a sales call before sales pitch begins. These are legal, but only if you consented or had a prior business relationship with the company or for public safety alerts. Calls can only come between 9am and 9 pm. Telemarketers must have a license to operate or call into California."
