Automated line that did not say what company it worked for, only said this is a recorded call for (Says my name but with wrong Pronunciation even though mine is simple." Says press 1 if you are this person, or hang up if not. Press 1 and get put immediately into a 20 minute hold music. When i hang up and call back, i get this number is not in service.
