SCAM re Crave account - My crave stopped working and this # came up on the TV. Since it came up on the TV I thought it was legitimate and I called. Said I had to renew my Crave for a year rather than six months. Stupid me, gave them my credit card # and am out $207 Canadian. I received an invoice under the name Capital IT Solutions in Antelope CA. They tried to get my Crave account password, which, thankfully, I did not give them. Crave was reactivated into some other person's account. I called and messaged about correcting. No response. I called CRAVE, they told me it was a scam. I had to reactivate my legitimate Crave account and pay again. I have since cancelled that credit card.
