Just like other comments, I got a call saying they were looking for the beneficiary to my step-grandfather's estate, which I never had anything to do with. They had a really somber tone to make it seem more real, but don't let them fool you. Block and report.

Called about my mother’s non existing estate. Answered and muted mic, didn’t say anything and they stayed saying calls are recorded etc. Then proceeded to say they’re trying to reach the person in charge of her finances/estate. Hung up and blocked.

A woman called asking to speak with me on behalf of my deceased grandma in regards to her property. I haven’t spoken to her in years and haven’t been around her property in nearly 20 years. I the last one who would ever want anything to do with that house.

Received a call from “Assurance” (never heard of them) trying contact someone about my father’s estate. I don’t manage anything associated with his estate so I hung up. He’s been dead for 15 months and has no debts.

Called me and I answered without saying a word, they promptly hung up and immediately called my mom who’s on the same plan. Weird.

called regarding a my deceased fathers financial obligation. When i answered and said hello he replied "hello thank you for calling......" couldn't tell me who's he was trying to contact, wouldn't spell his company's name gave basically no info only that a debt needed to be paid by my fathers estate or trust. SCAM
