It's Liberty Mutual. I checked; they do make cold calls. In my case, I told them NOT to call me regarding a request for quote that I withdrew due to other priorities; that I would call them when ready to get a quote. They keep calling when they said they'd stop and wait for me. Thus, you can assume: #1: They don't listen. #2: They're aggressive. #3: They lie. Yeah, I'm going to do business with a company that doesn't listen and lies. Eh, No!
