These idiots keep blowing up my phone, even though I have blocked their number stating that the county is filing a grievance against me and is going to take all of my assets. I feel like calling them back and telling him where to go and how to get there.

Still calling me everyday and my husbands phone, my phone service automatically blocks it as spam. They start speaking before my voicemail even ends so the message cuts off, just says to avoid the order against your assets contact our office immediately, seriously how about mailing me a letter

I've been getting these types of calls for a few months now. The first time it REALLY freaked me out. They sound very convincing- they have your SSN, address, and use a previous debt entry from over a decade ago to try to get you to pay them 4 figures. Don't fall for it. Don't even bother calling them back. They will try to scare you that they will take you to court and file a lein against your house/assets, etc. etc. If this was really happening, someone would have served you documents at your residence. Not over the phone.

They are been calling me stating that I have a lawsuit for first premier for a thousand dollar. The legal representative told me that was in 2008 that mean 15 years later . When it supposed to be in my credit report and never been there. Its very scary . When I am asking for the address to go to see them they hang up the phone.

A guy left me a vm (my phone automatically blocked it as spam but he was still able to leave me a msg) to call him back at 888-478-5975. He mentions my name & my county and says this is final attempt to resolve my matter in their office before they final a claim against me & my assets. He never mentions who his is or what company/collector/office he is calling from. Absolutely a scam. Do not engage with these people.
