I absolutely loathe Humana. The Incompetence is stunning. Canβt get answers to simple questions,still havenβt seen a doctor. None of the doctors in their directory are taking new patients in my area and I have to use their doctors. Thatβs one way for them to save money. I get one or more pieces of junk mail a day from them. The latest was an offer for a dental plan...When I already have one.
