I never answer numbers I don't know, and this number just called and left a voicemail some dumb ass saying he is Jeffrey and that he's going to show up to my house with papers that the usps couldn't send because he needs signatures...oh and 2 forms of ID. What a load of crap! Complete bullshit, besides he'll never find me. Jeffrey left the same exact message as the other reports but when I called the number back they said my account was closed and they were mediation. He only called once and they didn't try and get money from me. I just hope I'm not being sued but this happened 8/18 and it's not first week of September I think I would've got notice if I was being served. They said mediation is before court so the client must've moved on but had no information.

This number just called me saying they would be at my house tomorrow from 12pm to 3pm to server me papers that I guess I never got I'm not sure what to make of this I'm going to say bs on this you don't get a heads up on being served with papers nor do you really need a witness for paper signing that's a little weird.

If they were serving papers, they wouldn't be calling you to tell you this. I have also received nothing via USPS, nor do I have any pending court cases or otherwise that would lead me to believe I was actually being served. My phone automatically blocked this call. It is a scam.
