App works; but, it blocks all calls including my contacts. I tried listing my contacts on the Allowed page which made no difference. A waste of your money because they don’t have any way to contact costume service for help. No phone number or email address.

Consumer Cellular needs to put up their name with this phone number if they want more people to answer..I don`t pick up unless a name is with the number due to too many scams, etc.

I tried several times to call Consumer Cellular about my new phone, that has serious problems. Just get a recording and had a long wait, 35 minutes one time..Target was no help, they said I had the phone 5 months and was too long for help, and to call consumer cellular..but the phone is just a recording to wait due to large volume. if they are that busy they don`t want my service so I have another provider, and am out the $100. for the 'new' phone.
