He sounds all threating on the phone. Telling me to call 888-339-0633. If, you listen carefully to the first time he says the number. He cannot pronounce zero correctly. The message is the same as on this reel. Except they are using my name. No case number. No information about what or who it's for. Also, they are not giving the name of the company they are calling me from. I'm reporting as spam and blocking this number.

I keep getting calls about an investigation, which I have no clue about what and threats of last attempt for them to serve me and if I don't call, further legal action will be taken. But they never identify where they're calling from or what the investigation is about. I'm going to keep ignoring the calls.

I received a mysterious call from this number (1888-330-0633), and they left a threatening voicemail about a legal case against you. This is clearly a scam attempt! Be cautious out there!

I keep getting calls and voicemails about once every couple of months from this same number with the same ROBO message threatening "Notice of Action" of a case against me, but they never leave a case number, or who THEY are. Always telling me if I don't call back, blah blah blah. Tired of these scams.

I called back and they hung up on me twice I told them I wanted to make sure they had my correct addresses and was told the paperwork was being sent to my work. When I told them "I do not have a job" they hung up on me

Called because I was curious. They said it was an old dept from 7/2009. When I asked about who it was they said HSBC. Never had HSBC and they said capital one. I’ve never had a defaulted loan with capital one and nothing on my credit report. They said I could wait to be served and good luck. Hung up on me.

Robo voice saying if I don’t call back legal action will be taken against me but they don’t say a company name or anything! And also on my caller ID the number that showed up was 11111 that’s why I didn’t answer in the first place! But in the voicemail they left the number 888-330-0633, I’m so sick and tired of these scammers

It’s not even a real debt collector. Threatenlegal action unless you call back. That’s your first clue it’s a scam. They also call from 888 or pvt number. Scam special here
