Its Fedex Logistics. I received an email from FedEx Logistics containing a document to fill out and my order/shipping information from the country I ordered the part from. After emailing them a question, I received a call from this number.

Known fedex scam, asks for personal emails in order to have a pdf sent which contains a virus. It lies and says you have ordered a package that needs to clear customs.
