These clowns are calling people I haven't associated with in almost 20 years and asking for me. Many voicemails have been left on my cell also. Says she's Holley Evans and her company has been hired to do an audit for a client, last chance, garnishment or jail, blah, blah, blah. Its supposedly for a credit card from 2012 that I definitely, without a doubt, never had. Yesterday they gave my husband a website (resmanagment.group) which of course is "under construction" but conveniently points out a chat feature to contact them immediately. (844) 649-4630 is another number they've used. It seems they called themselves TriStar with that number but all the rest was the same. There is a list of complaints 7 pages long when searched under that number. I honestly can't wait till they call when I'm home and bored. I'm going to let them think they've hooked me and that I'm sending in every dime they ask for. Then I'm going to keep them looking forward to that money for just as long as I possibly can. Let them feel like the suckers for a change.

These folks are relentless. I've received at least 4 calls. 2 of which are on my personal line. I blocked but they still leave a vm. I wish there was a way to shut them down. I work in the legal field. This is becoming annoying for the sake of how we handle business here. The calls need to stop!

They are calling me twice a day and calling my parents and sister too trying to contact me. I called back and the woman got nasty when I refused to verify my information. They continue to call daily.

Did not call back, I checked here first and got the same recording you'll read in other posts. The only difference was they called a family member, who forwarded the voicemail to me.

First gave a bogus internal reference number. Then the recording with my name (generated by another computer). The message said" We received an order to complete an audit for a client that we represent. Therefore, It is your legal right to provide a verbal statement and you be aware of this before any proceeding (my prerecorded computer generated name) to schedule an alternate location and or provide a statement, please call 888-273-0409 regarding this matter". Note. If I can pass on any advice to anyone else getting these type of messages, is DO NOT return their call as this is an apparent "phishing scam". I have no debt or collections, believe me, this is a SCAM!

These people need to double check who they are trying to scam. I just got a call on my government line.. pretty darn bold, don't you think. They also tried my cell and it was automatically flagged as a scam caller. I wish they would scam the rich (just kidding) but honestly, it takes quite a bit of nerve to try and scam the government. thanks but no thanks.. if it's legit, have me served.

I got 3 or 4 of the same voice messages over the last week, except it was addressed to some random assortment of numbers and letters. I called back, yelled at the individual who picked up, told the individual that I would "legally destroy" him and that I am not dumb enough to believe that an audit would come to my attention through a voice message - that it'd more likely come through mail. He then proceeded to ask me "what are you going to do about it?" and I told him I was gonna "slap him with a fish" and hung up. He tried calling back with an (855) number, but I let it go to voicemail and it seems like he dropped the call after I heard the click. It appears he's smart enough to realize that he shouldn't leave a message with his voice in the message (in case it becomes evidence in state, or, what I would rather enjoy, federal court), but not smart enough to realize that if something smells like a fish, looks like a fish, and feels like a fish, a reasonable person might believe it to be fishy.

Same here. Received the same exact message...

This is for sure a scam. They were trying to get me to provide my moms social security number, knowing I wasn’t her! Additionally, all this “giving a statement before any work gets started” is total bullshit. If they’re doing an audit, then they’d just do the audit. No statement you make would affect those proceedings. Also, how can you make a statement before the “audit” is complete? You wouldn’t even know what to speak to. And they wouldn’t tell me what company they are???? Gtfo here. Tldr: They’re just trying to get enough info out of you to steal an identity. Totally fake, scam artist bullshit.

She stated on the voicemail she left that she was looking for my ex-husband and we divorced over 20 years ago. My last name was changed back to my maiden, so beats the heck out of me how she got my number because I've had several numbers over the past 20+ years. She stated she'd been asked by her client to do an audit and that he had the legal right to give a statement before any work started (or something to that affect). He's not in the best of health and is going through the loss of his significant other around this time last year. I'm not passing this along to him if it's a scam, but I can't find any real information about the phone number to verify that it's a spam or that it's real.
