Complete fraud! Looked like a legitimate call from RoboKiller. When I hit the option for refund it went to live agent with foreign accent and loud call center background noise. He hung up when I asked why would I discuss money and my bank card with him over the phone.

Psycho Susan E. Magnani sending out robocalls, per usual. She owns Emblazon Industries. She installs spyware onto people's devices, and uploads deep fakes of them too. All to get revenge on customers, employees, or anyone else that doesn't like her. Her only real business is scamming and stalking people out of their time and money. Steer clear of this lying, manipulative individual.

YouMail: scam, One to speak with us now. Dear customer. This is an important call from your Computer Support Claims Department. We are in the process of terminating our support package for which you had paid. Please call us to claim your amount back and press one.

This number is actually a legitimate Best Buy number. However, it is very easy to spoof fake Caller ID numbers these days to lure you to pick the phone and make it impossible to call them back because the number goes to a legitimate business such as Best Buy, Microsoft, or HP. When you answer the phone, a man with a thick East Indian accent and very poor English tells you that your computer has problems and needs its services renewed, so they need your credit card number to proceed. That should instantly alert you to a scam. All these scam calls originate from India and are nothing but scams using different fake Caller ID or disposable VoIP phone numbers every day. Once the scammer obtains your credit card number, they immediately charge thousands of dollars to it, and their money-laundering network makes it almost impossible to track down without government intervention. More than 99% of all North America phone scams originate from crowded phone rooms in India that run multiple fraud, extortion, and money laundering scams every day ranging from fake pharmacies to posing as fake IRS officers collecting on "unpaid back taxes", pretending to offer fake health insurance, car warranty and credit card consolidation services, posing as Microsoft or HP to say that your services need renewal or they detected a problem with your computer, and the scammers try to obtain your credit card or Social Security number and personal information. I love to toy with these scammers and keep them on the phone for over an hour by pretending to be interested in their scam. You do these scammers a favor by yelling at them and quickly hanging up. But you ruin their scams by dragging them along on the phone call and giving them fake personal information.

This is another scam the pretends to be a legitimate business using a fake spoofed Caller ID number.
