This company, ACS Inc., calls me 3-4 times daily. I only know who they are because I called back from another phone. The recording was an Indian woman. Everyone else is marking this as scam, I don't know the number, Google says it belongs to some Dycas place looking for workers in NC, which also has no purpose to be calling me. Otherwise, no voicemail left either. So, I assume this is definitely a scam.
