Their website is actually quite good for making payments, but their customer service over the phone is hit-or-miss. One day you get someone helpful, the next day you get someone who sounds like they'd rather be anywhere else. I’m glad the debt is settled, but I wouldn't say the experience was 'good'—just functional.
