Pretending to be American Express, much like the other reports here. ignore them and any emails from the @aexp.com email domain, as AmEx held that domain for twenty years, up until May of 2025, making it perfect for these scammers to use.

I suspect this is SPAM. They are calling saying they want to set up your company for an American Express virtual pay card.
