Someone named Stephanie left voicemail for someone not associated with my phone number to discuss a legal matter for debt collection. Voicemail hard to understand but was able to hear who debt collection is about. The company should not leave sensitive information in a voicemail on other people's phones. That is unacceptable.

This person doesn't bother to investigate who they're leaving harassing voicemails to. They just assume that because we have similar names that I must be that person. Very bad business practice. They definitely need more training on investigating their victims.
