This is NOT a spam message. THIS IS LEGIT. This is one of the outgoing phone numbers used by Adivantage (Yes it is spelled like this). Many people may not realize that their Navient student loan servicer (and several other student loan servicers too) had their accounts transferred to this company for processing. They are currently contacting anyone not current in their payments. You can confirm they have your student loan by logging into your account on the Federal Student Financial Aid site and then look to see who currently is processing your loan.
