Lucas Zano from account resources associates answered my call and was attempting to collect on a Navy Federal credit Union debt that he alleges went delinquent sometime between 2002 and 2007. He advised that they could ignore the statute of limitation because of multiple reasons and they would be able to get a civil judgment and enforce it through liens, garnishment, etc. I advised this debt collector that he was full of crap!
