A lady left me a message saying she was with the county and she had paperwork for me. When I called back, she said she worked for some attorneys office and that they were going to put a lien on my house for the $10,000 that I owed some fictitious credit card company. That was several weeks ago and I haven’t heard from her since.

Said I had a debt from 2000 and then it got reactivated in 2020. Never did make arrangements. Threatened with lien on house and wage garnishment. Rude and refused to pass me to a supervisor. Said ford credit had up to 30 years to claim reimbursement. Did have all my personal information correct. I am in Texas and it was a local number but they claim to be out of California. Call back number only comes out to this review. Nothing coming out for business address. First was an oriental woman then an American voice.

Said I have a debt from 20ish years ago, and the company is now suing for 8K, and if don't pay I face up to 30yrs in jail or 1M in court fees. Said they've been trying to serve me for over a year...but don't know my address

Called from a (503) 946 - 3649 number and left a message asking for a "Gay Christy" saying it was regarding case number 25-115139 Said they were Natalie from The Dispatch Processing Center and that they needed to call this number 877 - 715 - 2363 within 24 hours.

Phone was answered by a male. Called saying they had papers to serve and that they needed a signature and address. The guy they were looking for died last year.

Called me from +1 562 330 1782 giving a case number and they left a oriental lady and left a message with this number 877 715 2363 a male answer and I told him the person is sick the one he was looking for and he got mad he told me you going to make her legal things worst and he hung up

Every time a new line of credit is open, they robocall to say they have to serve you documents for a legal matter. Debt is beyond statute of limitations and has fallen off credit report many years ago and the original creditor is no longer in business, so it's been exchanged hands many times.

Using different area codes & different numbers. Always leaves messages to call 877-715-2363. Oriental voice both female and male...mutters something about "sec. 1507, sending papers to the house & someone over 18 needs to sign for them" 440-214-1726 or 440-428-4711.
