these are fake debt collection scamz. i received two calls from this 877-689-8704 during the past week. one call pretends to be from citibank best buy and the other call pretended to from verizon. in both cases, the scammer said i had a past due amount that needed to be paid immediately. the fake citibank scammer had a slight accent, probably indian, and the verizon scammer had a very thick indian accent. i never had any citibank or best buy credit card, so i immediatly knew that was a scam. i do have verizon, but i use verizon's auto-pay that charges to my visa card once a month so i never have missed payments there. these india scammers keep trying to pose as various bill collectors using this number!!!!!!

I do not recognize the telephone no. & there was no msg & there was a date of 5-2018 pretty old no. So I believe that it should be blocked
