Customer service/patient advocates through umr psc health insurance. Citing they are a free nursing service through above listed company and/or carrier. They state they can verify in network providers and aid patients/enrollees in various health issues or concerns. I spoke to a lady named Lee who was very helpful and extremely informative and mannerly. However my husband had a different experience and it was not very positive. Time will expose the helpful ratings of this company.
