Say they are DirecTv and try to get you to add HBO. When I called DirecTv Customer Service they had no record of anyone from the real DirecTv calling me about adding any channels.

It’s very strange because every single call there has been a mans voice in the background hurriedly taking other calls and then you hear a woman with an accent asking for you. They seem relentless with several calls a week, maybe even daily!
