This number just called but did not leave a message. Yesterday I received another 3 calls, 1 from Russia, 1 from Egypt and another from 877-541-2883

Told me they were collecting on a debt for United Health Care and since i don't owe them anything I hung up. They call every day from different numbers, I block each one now.

Trying to collect on a debt I don't have. They probably got a data dump of all the people who went to a hospital in the last 10 years and are spearphishing.

Says they’re collecting for a medical bill, but I have none. Then they give you a website to go to with a reference number. I ask them who the Collection was on behalf of and the company does not exist. They basically do a little bit of research to see if you’ve had any medical bills and then try to make it sound like you owe still.
