Claims I owe money to Medicare on a surgery I had 13 years ago. complete scammer. I've reported them but they just keep changing phone numbers

Just got a call from +1 (877) 534-8367. Personas name was Melissa Roberts. Claims I had a credit card (which I’ve never had) with HSBC Bank also know as Capital One and they were getting things ready to send over to a court and were trying to give me a warning so I wasn’t blind sided. When I told them to send anything they have to the home address on file they refused and hung up on me. I called them back and told them to put me on their do not call list and that if I ever see this imaginary paperwork I’ll see them in court.

They tried saying I owed money from a long time ago and had all kinds of wrong info on me stating I had a credit card from years ago I never paid. SCAM
