Called me 3 days in a row last time was 1 minute ago. This is clearly a scam

Claims to be Cigna, but they called and then they wanted me to give them identifying information to make sure I was me. That's sketchy. I told them the short form of my name and the first line of my address. When she asked for full address I said it was sounding like a phishing scam and hung up. If they call me they are the ones with the burden of identifying themselves as legitimate.
