Called them and they asked for an upfront payment. We were panicking as it was our first time so we called the first number that popped out in google. Waited for 2hrs dispatcher called said their eta was 2hrs after 2hrs of waiting. Luckily somebody helped us so we don't have to wait 2hrs for them. We're trying to call them to cancel but no answer. That was when it got suspicious. Searched their number at it say it was scammed. Called my bank right away. Could not reached them at all. They called after 2hrs saying they were on the way. Imagine if we waited another 2hrs for them!

Never thought I'd get scammed typed in a tow company's name and this number popped up. Call the number and they said they were that tow company come to find out they weren't charged me $467 and then called and said I lied to them about the size of my vehicle. Luckily I was able to cancel my credit card and report them as fraud. Typed in that tow company's name again into the internet and that number disappeared, imagine that.

Do not use these people. They are scam. They take your money, at a way inflated rate mind you, and then leave you on the hook high and dry..in my case 8 hours!!! Finally towed the vehicle after 8 hours and many calls acting like they were just the answering service and had no idea why it has been so delayed. Pieces of crap!

You call this scam towing company, they charge you more than $300. They get a legit towing company who charges less than half that amount instead, then they pocket the difference. The scam towing company does not provide you with a receipt because they are a SCAM.

Thirs party scam. You call them and they charge you $300 they call local tow company and get them to do job for $150. Call your local tow garage don't be taken
