This is scam. The scammers begin the call by saying their "name". Sometimes there's a glitch and message just starts telling you that there are "valuable services available to you". Always a female voice. Sometimes they know my insurance Co, sometimes they don't. I've researched this on a few sites. IT IS A SCAM. AI generated voices. I've blocked and reported.

The Caller ID said the call was from Rhome, Texas but the caller lookup said it is a DC number. Took a chance and returned the call. It was from Cigna Health Medicare people. I don't know if they are located in Teas or DC.
