Called said they were from Ground Gain Health on behalf of Anthem Blue Cross. Same as above had the correct name.

They said they were from GG global? health and they partnered with anthem to provide resources. They knew my name so seems like a list of names has been sold by anthem

definitely scam. I called Anthem and they said they do not contact people by phone unless you originated the claim that are calling you back about. This was absolutely a scam...

I answered, no one said anything, I said hello again, still no answer. Hung up and blocked the number.

Called back, said they were associated with Anthem. Due to recent health issue, thought it was going to be a survey on service provided. Instead they started asking all sorts of questions not related to my insurance. I politely answered each concern with everything being fine. They're obviously looking to refer people to their other "associated" companies.
