supposedly is citibank... but... i only have one single credit card - a visa card that is not citibank - and i do not have any department store credit cards, this was an unsolicited call, the caller had a distinct foreign accent, likely calling from india, they called on a sunday morning, and altho they got my name right (which many scammers use as a ruse to gain your trust), she immediately started being evasive when i demanded to know my (fake) citibank balance that needed to be paid. so maybe scammerz are spoofing a legit citibank number and this call is valid for some people, but watch out for scammerz and never blindly trust what the caller id shows since scammers can create any fake caller id identity.
