Just a recorded message they say they care about care. It’s a computerized questionnaire about a doctor appt about my care. Humana has and won’t authorize care by my PCP, specialists, prescriptions. Another instance of people saying one think and doing the exact opposite. Disappointed in the coverage I have with my plan. When enrolled the plan was supposed to cover all my healthcare needs. Disappointed is putting it gently
