Actually these calls are from a 3rd party company that the health plans contract to handle benefit enrollments / qualifying on their members' behalf. Yes - automated dialing. But legit company. Human Arc.

Automated voicemail message claiming to be Kaiser Permanente and asking for personal info, but it's definitely not a Kaiser number, Kaiser doesn't ask for info unsolicited like that, and the robo-voice was all wrong.
