Someone called me this morning from this number, knew me by name, told me my energy bill was going to be increased in my area and asked me to confirm my name and address so I hung up. I think its a scammer calling to confirm information gathered from data breaches. 20 min after phone call, someone random attempted to hack my instagram (detected via emails from instagram).
