This is an automatic reminder call from Optum Home Delivery prescriptions through United Health Care. It's legitimate.

claims to be optum rx. thought it was legit as i had rx tht needed refilled. but when they gave me the rx letters, i declined. called optum, it wasn't them. good thing i had id protection.

I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know before checking them out. I am glad I did. These scam calls are getting out of hand. I get about 10 - 20 calls a day and it makes me furious.

gotten two calls from them both with voicemails. optum says its not them, when i asked my health insurance directly he suggested calling and giving name but after doing that, it started asking really personal questions and i hung up. i never called from the # they called me on & was very hesitant to give that info to the automated line.

They stated they were Optum RX my mail order. They stated they needed approve to mail a Prescription to out home for my husband and if the billing, DOB and zip were the same. I called Optum RX and this is NOT one of their numbers. Please report this spam/scam call.

The AI does not explain up front why it wants to talk to you; it asks if your name is correct and then asks for your date of birth, at which I hung up.
