The second scripted recording above is exactly what I recieved on my voice-mail from this number today (7/25/2024) in the early afternoon without a name given or addressed. SCAM!

Robocaller had my name, left message about trying to contact me and my “counsel” my name is lance Ferguson senior claims manager for the firm. We have documented attempts both by mail and multiple attempts by phone and which resulted no contact by yourself or your representing counsel the decisions that we will now be forced to make will be a final recommendation to close out your file gaming you failure to cooperate and initiating the steps that will be necessary to escalate this matter to enforcement you can press any key to be transferred to a claims manager that will be happy to answer any questions that you have if you cannot speak with us at this time you must contact us within the next 48 hours at 844-641-9462 to discuss this matter further due to time restrictions that does prevent us from prolonging. This matter any further.
