This number (866-878-0828) was given as a callback number regarding an offer. The number on the caller ID was 518-719-7802. The voice on the message sounded A.I. generated. I called the 866 number from a different phone and the pre-recorded message said they matched my phone number to the offer and I hung up after it said to wait to be connected to a loan specialist.
