866-787-6341 called AGAIN 24 Aug 2022 at 2:56pm. This ‘spoofed’ Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is because the caller ID info displayed is fake. Calls are also from either (289) 800-0303 or (547) 818-4222, but are not limited to these numbers. Total SCAM Calls: 14,329. Robokiller User Reports: 342
