This is a scam!! The asshole from Nov. is part of the group of scammers. We don't owe anything to BOA and I have a 832 CS, so I don't have collectors calling me. Maybe if Nov would get off the crack pipe he would be able to read his phone. Put in Chat, it also confirmed that it's not legit.

Everybody below me is wrong and probably doesn't know their way around a cell phone, let alone a door. This isn't a scam, it's a debt collection agency. They bought our debt from Bank of America, and are attempting to collect.

I confirmed with Bank Of America that the # 866.762.1536 IS NOT affiliate with BOA. Fishing call I am sure (let it go to VM), trying to confirm your debit number or something else so they can scam money out of your account.

Spoofs phone number and leaves voicemail claiming to be Bank of America saying to call back at this number. Called the Actual Bank of America number on the back of my card and told them the phone number they confirmed it’s a scam
