So I have been having this number call me for the past 3 months. They just called me. I called back. They're demanding my birthday. My last four of my social and my address, and I said sure I will give you that no problem, but what is this regarding and who is this, click! They hang up! I call back. Ask for a manager, a manager will not disclose what this matters pertaining. Until I verify my information, then she hangs up by me. I call back again. The gentleman I get this time. Gives me the same spill and I told them this is illegal, and you were supposed to disclose the matter and your business before I have to give any of my information. And what do you know he? Refuses and hangs up at me. So if this is a legit bill collector they're never gonna resolve anything and I swear i'm about to call a lawyer.This has gotta be a scammer...

When they called, the lady had a heavy accent and I’m hearing impaired. The company is HRRG and I asked for the actual name because I wasn’t familiar, she snapped and then tried to ask me for identifying info. I told her to just contact me via postal mail at the address they have on file and not call me anymore.

Company name is HRRG, which is short for Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group. They are a debt collection agency. Based on Solo, HRRG has been in business for decades. My main issues are: 1) When they call, if you do answer the call, there is only silence and then the call is disconnected. 2) If you do NOT answer the call, they never leave a voicemail.
