I’ve received 2 attempted calls with the same wording as the other. They called me by my married last name in which I switch back to my maiden name over 16 years ago. They said they’ll take legal action against my assets if I don’t handle this matter. I called the number and it states that it’s a legal assistant (but a no name legal assistance) which is not a debt collector. Legal assistance don’t do debt collection. It was a recording too. They ask for the last 4 of my social and when I didn’t verify it the call ended. Must’ve not got what they were looking for. As a person who works in cybersecurity this is phishing. They are trying obtain information from you to gain access to your accounts. It’s a good idea to check your credit report because they got your information from a the dark web. I put my credit report on lock down ever since I got reports of my information being on the dark web. Be careful and protect yourself.

I received many messages explaining they're going to go after my assets, etc. I Ajay challenged them. I was going up on at least 20 times. Then the guy named DayStar started listing off vehicles. Some we've never owned and others we haven't owned in over 10 years. I told them I have an attorney and they called him. They also got hung up on. So I've just been harassing them the way they've been harassing me. They're not even calling the right number. They are saying it's my husband. I'll have a little more fun with them and waste their time the way they've wasted mine.

I got the identical message from this number. Saying it’s the last attempt and exact word for word the comment made on July4th said. I laugh only because I haven’t lived in the state in 8 years.

Got a blocked(private) call, didn't answer. 1 minute later a voice-mail from this 866 number, saying it's their last attempt to contact me before making asset claim, regarding debt i have in my local county (they said the correct county name!) .. I almost fell for it and called back, but luckily I know I don't have any such debt and checked here first!

Similar story to everyone else. They left a message saying this was their final attempt to contact me before filling a court order and seizing my assets. They did not have correct county though. Scam, do not engage or call back.

Convincing voicemail saying their final attempt before filing with the courts. They even knew my local county that I used to live in. Checked criminal and civil through county clerk. Nothing. Fake. Do not call or reply to them or give them any information.

Called leaving a message saying they were going to seize assets if we didn't call back. When I did they threatened me, got aggressive and then hung up when challenged for information. They claimed to be calling on behalf of Shane company.

They keep calling me every day warning me if I don’t call they the Maricopa County court house will keep all my assets. Yes I block this number everytime yet they keep calling and calling. Lucky I always have my phone on silent so I don’t have to hear them calling and calling.

Might also be a Government Scam - if you call back with any phone number, they have "matched your number to a file for" but they leave the name blank as there is no name and number to match. Same message about filing in the county I live in. Sadly, some will respond and get taken or have a zombie debt reactived. DON'T RESPOND TO IT AT ALL.

This is the message they left ““Reaching out to ————this is the final attempt to assist you with resolving your matter in our office before we approve the status of filing the claim against you out of Hartford county to avoid the order against your assets please contact our office immediately at 866-610-8218 that number again is 866-610-8218 thank you…”

Keep calling from different numbers threatening me with legal tactics, threatening to come to my home to serve me papers. Threatening Cook County Courthouse or arrest. Also has a white man calling who from State of Michigan number 248 462 6677 saying his name is Jacob Williams with threats of court supena documents. Then gave me a number to call 888 632 9229 file # 313-547 saying it's in my best interest to call and settle in a threatening manner
