On 4-17-24 Called my cell phone then my home phone. Asking for my daughter, who we have not seen for over 10 yrs & have no idea where she is. They said they were with Calhoun Co. courts. I also got the printed phone message that was on my phone, still have it. Daughter's name was spelt wrong. Said it was for kill phone co. which I thought was odd. They also called my son too, same message. when this person called the home phone, I told him that I have a printed transcript from the phone they called b4 they called the home ph. The guy acted surprised, that I had it. And I asked how do I know who you are, just because you say who you are? He said well call that # to find out. Yeah, like I'm that dumb. Anyways weeks later got another text stating the problem was solved, etc... Like I care. Don't need to text me about, I don't know the where abouts of our daughter, her choice. A problem child.

Called and said they were from a lawyer's office, Thompson, and associates located in San Diego. Said they were calling for a creditor. Gave me three different dates that the card was last paid. Said they would cut the amount in half and would do monthly payments if I sent in my bank info. Ask for them to email me a letter. The letter did not have any signature from a lawyer or an assistant from the office. The address on the letter was different from the address online. And the number associated with any Thompson and associates. They cleaned the Thompson and associates online was not them. I asked where their home office was at. They said it was the address on the letter. I looked it up and it is an office building with a bunch of different lawyers other companies in the building. They also have been harassing my family calling them looking for me.

He called me at work and pretended to be a debt collector. The man said he was apart of Thompson Thompson and was willing to cut my debt if I paid today 400 dollars. I asked for him to send me the link since I was at work and he said since its internal for discover he couldn't send me the link. he asked for my phone number and email so I made one up. The proceeds to call again 30 minutes and that's when I got upset and said I'm working this is not the right time for this and hung up.
