Legit number, but appears as "Financial Services" on your Caller ID. Mistakenly missed last month's car note and they were calling to collect before it hit 30 days. Had all my information including amount last paid, amount due, and the last 4 digits of all my accounts, but I was still skeptical. Immediately called BofA fraud and verified that it was them, but apparently different divisions carry their own ID as opposed to just saying Bank of America. Trust but verify.

Claimed to be BofA and that I had a late car payment. They were trying to get my bank account information (BofA clearly has this). Called BofA and it is NOT them. SCAM.

SCAM!!! They left a voicemail claiming to be Bank of America. She left a number to call her back, an extension and her name. I called BoA and the gentleman that I spoke to said that BoA was not affiliated with that number or anyone by that name.
