I had an issue where my bank accidentally flagged my settlement payment as fraudulent and reversed it. I called the agency in a panic. The representative was very calm and helped me re-authorize the payment without charging me an additional "returned item" fee. They understood it was a bank error and didn't penalize me for it. It was a very fair and reasonable interaction.
