Like another poster the woman claimed to be from FedEx stating that our account was being transferred to another sales person and she needed to verify our account information. My caller ID said "Potential Risk" so I told her I was not comfortable providing her any account information and that I will reach out to my dedicated sales representive directly. She was professional and said she would follow up with an email which I will immediately report as Phishing.

Delivery Service

Called saying they were FedEx Business Account services offer us better shipping discounts. Different person called today from different number "following up". They sent some emails for me to click on to active the new pricing. They are very well organized, and the emails are masterfully spoofed. I used to work in cybersecurity, specifically email security. They are using a compromised mail server of ProofPoint (supposed to be an email security company-I used to compete with them and they suck) via Microsoft Office 365 email (they also suck). Don't click on any of the links.
