Called from another number with instructions to call this one. Using claim against my property. I did not answer, but sent them a text to both numbers: CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE RE: Fraudulent Contact Regarding Case #xxxxxxx This notice serves as formal demand to immediately cease all further contact regarding your false and unsubstantiated claim involving my property. Your call from 928-254-5939, followed by instructions to call 866-451-6011, constitutes harassment and attempted fraud. Under state and federal law, your failure to provide verifiable documentation or legal credentials confirms this is part of a broader scam pattern I’ve documented. Your numbers have been reported to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Any further communication will be forwarded to law enforcement and the State Attorney General’s office. I reserve the right to pursue civil action for harassment and emotional distress. If you are a legitimate party with a legal complaint, I suggest you follow proper channels and serve formal documentation through the courts. If you’re a scammer, here’s a helpful list of alternative ways to make money without earning it: Sell your acting skills to daytime television. Start a YouTube channel titled “How Not to Scam People.” Try busking—at least then you’ll get applause instead of subpoenas. Apply for reality TV. You clearly love drama. Consider this your final warning. I’m not the one.

They called from another # giving me this number and a case number. Threatening me with a lawsuit to settle a "credit card debt" from 15 YEARS AGO on a card I never had. Threatening to garnish my wages if I do not pay. Refused to send me a Debt Validation Letter and said there is no statute of limitations on this debt.

They called themselves many names, STN Associates or Stratton Legal Offices or Stratton Law Firm. They are calling to verify identity and scare you with fake lawsuits saying they are going to take all your money and assets. They are not a real law firm, but a scamming agency trying to get you to tell them your SSN. They told me my SSN but it wasn't the right SSN or the right address.
