started off by saying...(a lady) this call maybe monitored and recorded for security purposes. She asked for my husband and I stated he was napping, we just went through 6 wks of radiation treatments and Emory and he is usally napping after his meds this time of day and asked what the call was in regards to and she hesitated and well pretty much brushed me off and said she would call back at a later time. I asked for a number he could call back and speak to someone when he feels up to it and she said thats ok Ill call back.......WTF
