It was supposed to be about my recent insurance claim that I filed with AT&T. When I called the number the system claimed that it couldn't identify my phone number and requested I enter in an ID # they offered to me....definately a scam

This is a legit call from AT&T, they work with Asurion for replacement devices under insurance, and they were calling me to verify that the device was sent back so I didn’t pay extra fees. I had to call them & apologize for wasting their time.
