They called yesterday and today. From 888-609-9452 and (866) 392-2173. Same scam threats as above. The call comes in as a 'private number' then when they leave a voicemail their real number is displayed. I may have debt from 10 years ago but not recent. Their threats are insane and I don't see how they can actually lie like this.

Left a voicemail with this message: “This call is to notify YOUR NAME that this is our first attempt to serve you a notice of action pertaining to legal documents that require your signature for further details regarding your involvement contact our office at 866-392-2173 failure to contact us immediately could result in further legal action…”

Called with a private number, immediately hung up and then called on this number - immediately hung up again. Then called me back on the private number, declined call and they informed me in VM that I was needed to call them back or they would pursue legal action. No information on business or what it's about. Did not speak with them, will not speak with them.

Just hang up on them. They are a debt collector buying very old debt beyond the statute of limitations to win a case against me. When I told him this he said he was going to sue me and hung up.
